After Christopher’s death in 2012, Kim was left with deep uncertainty. His sudden passing, the quick cremation arranged without her full consent, and unanswered questions about bruises seen in police photos left her searching for clarity. Even though investigators and a grand jury found no evidence of foul play, the lack of remains made it difficult for her to find closure.
Years later, a plastinated body displayed at the Real Bodies exhibition reignited her doubts, as she believed it resembled her son. However, records showed the specimen existed years before Christopher’s death. While authorities consider the case closed, Kim continues to seek transparency and dignity for her son’s memory.
