Erika Jayne has received a major legal win just days before a scheduled trial tied to one of the many lawsuits connected to ex-husband Tom Girardi.
According to new court filings and updates shared this week, a $25 million lawsuit involving fashion designer Marco Morante and the Marco Marco brand was reportedly settled ahead of trial, which had been scheduled to begin later this month.
The development immediately caught the attention of Bravo fans online, especially because the case had remained one of the more closely watched legal matters tied to the longtime “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star.
Attorney Ronald Richards, who frequently shares updates related to Girardi-connected legal proceedings on social media, confirmed that the matter had been resolved before heading to court.
The specific terms of the settlement were not publicly disclosed.
